Cancelled plans for this evening because of weather report.
No, not Joe Zawinul's outfit.
So, some fine ale has been quaffed and a curry is on the hob.
I just thought I'd mention.
80's nightmare on the radio courtesy of 2fm.....tolerance tested at times but still makes me laugh.
Time for another one...oh gawd it's Van Halen.................I prefer Paul Anka doing "Jump". The best "Jump" is by Derek and Clive of course. Heh.

Cancelled plans because of weather report? Not very Irish. We're supposed to take no notice whatever of the weather, however bad it is, and just carry on as normal. And it's particularly wimpish to use those umbrella-type anti-rain thingies.

Nick: An outdoor pursuit that is no fun in the rain...so didn't go.
An umbrella would have necessitated the growing of a third arm. I didn't have the energy.
